Urgent (site down, Shabbat times wrong before Friday): put URGENT in the subject line.
I can’t sign in to the app
Use the same email (or username) and password as the web admin. Five wrong attempts lock the account for 10 minutes. Tap “Forgot password?” to get a reset link, or ask your congregation’s administrator to reset it.
Shabbat times look wrong
Open Zmanim & calendar, check the location, then tap “Refresh times”. Times are computed from the GeoNames id of the congregation’s city.
My change isn’t showing on the site
Drafts are not public. Open the page, tap Save → Publish. Published changes appear within a few seconds.
A photo won’t upload
The app resizes photos automatically. Files above about 4 MB (large PDFs, videos) must be uploaded from the web admin.
I want to delete my account or data
Ask your congregation’s administrator, or email us and we will handle it within 30 days.
